LeadStrong Bearing J-Hook
The LeadStrong bearing J-hook is an upgraded barbell hook pair for the RF1000A rack system. This bearing J-hook uses a nylon core with integrated cutting and includes rollers inside the hook cradle that allow the barbell to move laterally during the lift. A magnetic pin on the back of the bearing J-hook prevents the hook from shifting with the barbell. Nylon inserts on the internal locking surfaces reduce friction against the upright, and the hook locks onto both sides of the column for a stable hold.
