1. About Big Ele Co., Ltd

Big Ele Co., Ltd is a Thailand-based authorized distributor of professional fitness equipment, including brands such as IronWod, LeadStrong, Powerttips, and Bexl. We serve both home gym customers and commercial facilities throughout Thailand.

2. Ordering & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Thai Baht (THB) and include applicable taxes.
  • We accept payment via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other methods supported by our payment processor.
  • Orders are confirmed via email after successful payment.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.
  • Free delivery is provided on orders over ฿5,000 within Thailand.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We provide nationwide delivery across Thailand. Estimated delivery times:

  • Bangkok & Greater Bangkok: 3-5 Business Days
  • Central, Eastern & Southern Thailand: 5-8 Business Days
  • Northern & Remote Areas: 7-12 Business Days

Large equipment (treadmills, racks, benches) is shipped via specialized freight partners and may require professional installation, which we provide on-site. For full delivery details, see our Shipping Installation Policy.

4. Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Window: Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your equipment must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Original shipping and installation fees are non-refundable.

Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please document the damage with photos and contact us via LINE or email within 48 hours of delivery to arrange a free replacement.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including worn apparel, custom-built equipment, items marked as “Final Sale,” and gift cards.

Return Shipping: For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A 15% restocking fee may apply to large commercial machines that require disassembly.

5. Warranty

As an authorized dealer, we provide official manufacturer warranties on all brands. Coverage varies by product and part. Big Ele Co., Ltd provides on-site technical support and maintenance services for commercial installations.

6. Product Information & Pricing

We strive to display accurate product information, including descriptions, specifications, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on this site are completely accurate, complete, or error-free. If a product offered by Big Ele Co., Ltd is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for the product at the incorrect price.

7. Account Registration

You may purchase as a guest or create an account. Accounts provide order history, faster checkout, and wishlist functionality. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Big Ele Co., Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including any damages resulting from improper assembly, use, or maintenance of equipment. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Customers are responsible for ensuring proper use, maintenance, and safety procedures when using fitness equipment.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from your use of bigelefitness.com or your purchases will be resolved in the courts of Thailand.
